The Little Inventors Go Green! book is all about inventing to help our planet. It's full of amazing facts and examples from nature and fun activities to inspire you to become a green inventor.
Nature is all around us and has been for millions of years. Nature invented us after all! Evolution is invention in very slow motion. Plants and creatures gradually evolved to ensure the survival of their species and enable them to live better. For example, plants invented flowers to attract insects to help them scatter pollen.
We're still not done inventing new things and ways of doing them. What will sprout from your imagination? Can you think of an invention that would help protect animals? Limit the amount of waste we create? Could cool the Earth down?
No problem is too big or too small to invent for. From a majestic oak tree to a teeny tiny ant, everything on earth has needs and problems they would like help with!

- Draw your inventionon the Little Inventors worksheet
- Scan or photograph the *whole* sheetas straight on as possible
- Upload it in JPEG, PNG or GIF format (choose a file)
Each invention idea will comprise of an image of a clear drawing, the name, age and location of the inventor, the name of the invention and a description, and a contact email address.
