North 2030 Challenge Exhibition!
Hosted at the Discovery Museum in Newcastle, we showcased 16 new made real inventions designed by children across the North of England and brought to life by local artists and designers.
We had a fantastic day on Friday 22nd June at the opening of our North 2030 Challenge exhibition at the Discovery Museum in Newcastle. We were a part of a huge celebration across the city that kicked off the Great Exhibition of the North!
The 16 new made real objects were on display at the Discovery Museum all summer alongside the results of our other Little Inventors challenges from across the globe.

A selection of invention ideas made real |
The children who came up with the inventions got to see their ingenious ideas made real and meet the artists, designers and makers who brought them to life. They also had an opportunity to appear on BBC Radio 4 and meet the team at Blue Peter!
