Preston Park Workshops
Last week the Little Inventors team were in Preston Park having fun with our Stockton and Darlington Railway challenge!
We had a great day of creativity and learning all about the amazing Stockton and Darlington railway. The young people took on the challenge to invent something fun, clever or unusual that can travel on or make use of tracks! There were some totally off the rails ideas!
Then each group made a cardboard prototype of the Locomotion 1 steam engine. The Little Inventors are well on their way to becoming the inventors of tomorrow with these new skills in imagining, drawing and model making!
